# Cookie policy

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar space with no expiry date. This page lists everything this site stores in your browser or reads from it, who sets it, and why.

## Your choice

On your first visit a bar asks whether you accept cookies. Accept lets us load analytics. Decline leaves the site exactly as it is. Either way, we remember your answer for 12 months and then ask again. You can change your answer here at any time, and clearing your browser's site data has the same effect.

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline and do not show the bar.

## What we use

### bf-consent

- Set by: BeyondFinesse, in your browser's local storage
- Purpose: Remembers whether you accepted or declined cookies, so we do not ask on every visit.
- Lasts: 12 months, then we ask again. Cleared if you clear site data.
- Type: Necessary

### Cloudflare Turnstile

- Set by: Cloudflare, on challenges.cloudflare.com and this site
- Purpose: Runs when you open the meeting form to tell a person from an automated script. It may store a short-lived cookie or local storage entry to complete the check. The site cannot accept requests without it.
- Lasts: The check itself, or up to a few hours where a cookie is set
- Type: Necessary

### \_\_cf\_bm and cf\_clearance

- Set by: Cloudflare, our hosting provider
- Purpose: May be set on some visits to protect the site from automated abuse. They do not identify you to us.
- Lasts: Up to 30 minutes for \_\_cf\_bm; cf\_clearance as set by Cloudflare
- Type: Necessary

### Cloudflare Web Analytics

- Set by: Cloudflare, from static.cloudflareinsights.com
- Purpose: Loads only after you accept. Records page views, the referring page, browser type and country so we can see how the site is used. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.
- Lasts: No cookie. Data is kept by Cloudflare in aggregate.
- Type: Analytics, by consent

## What we do not use

No advertising cookies, no social media pixels, no tracking across other sites, and no third-party fonts. Video is served from our own domain, media.beyondfinesse.com, without cookies.

## Browser settings

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies and site data in its settings. If you block everything, the spam check on the meeting form may not complete. You can still reach us at [contact@beyondfinesse.com](mailto:contact@beyondfinesse.com).
