### What is lifestyle management?

Lifestyle management is about handling the arrangements that require your time, attention, and access. We arrange travel, restaurants, events, luxury sourcing, specialist consultations, private services, and personal requests. You tell us what you need. We take care of the details.

### Who is it for?

We work with individuals and families who value their time, as well as the assistants and family offices who support them.

### How do we begin?

We begin with a private meeting, either in person or online, at a time that suits you. It gives us an opportunity to understand how you live, what matters to you, and how you prefer things to be handled. If we are a good fit, membership can usually begin within the same week.

### How do fees work?

Membership is agreed during the initial meeting and reflects the level of support you require. For arrangements involving third party costs, all applicable charges and payment requirements are explained before anything is confirmed.

### Where do you operate?

We are based in New York and support our members wherever they are. We work with trusted partners globally to arrange requests across the destinations our members visit.

### How quickly can something be arranged?

It depends on the request and availability. A restaurant reservation for the same evening may be possible, while a villa during the summer season is better arranged months in advance. We always recommend giving us as much notice as possible, but short notice requests are always welcome.

### Can my assistant deal with you on my behalf?

Yes. Many members prefer us to work directly with their assistant, family office, or another person they trust. Your assistant can arrange the initial meeting, and after that we can communicate with whoever you authorise.

### How do you handle privacy?

Discretion is central to how we work. Requests are handled by a small team, and personal information is shared with partners only when required to complete an arrangement.

### Is there anything you do not do?

We do not provide regulated financial services, act as a lender, or accept requests that create legal or safety concerns for our members, team, or partners. For anything else, simply ask.
