We arrange travel, restaurants, events, luxury sourcing, specialist consultations, private services, and personal requests. You tell us what you need. We take care of the details. ### Who is it for? We work with individuals and families who value their time, as well as the assistants and family offices who support them. ### How do we begin? We begin with a private meeting, either in person or online, at a time that suits you. It gives us an opportunity to understand how you live, what matters to you, and how you prefer things to be handled. If we are a good fit, membership can usually begin within the same week. ### How do fees work? Membership is agreed during the initial meeting and reflects the level of support you require. For arrangements involving third party costs, all applicable charges and payment requirements are explained before anything is confirmed. ### Where do you operate? We are based in New York and support our members wherever they are. We work with trusted partners globally to arrange requests across the destinations our members visit. ### How quickly can something be arranged? It depends on the request and availability. A restaurant reservation for the same evening may be possible, while a villa during the summer season is better arranged months in advance. We always recommend giving us as much notice as possible, but short notice requests are always welcome. ### Can my assistant deal with you on my behalf? Yes. Many members prefer us to work directly with their assistant, family office, or another person they trust. Your assistant can arrange the initial meeting, and after that we can communicate with whoever you authorise. ### How do you handle privacy? Discretion is central to how we work. Requests are handled by a small team, and personal information is shared with partners only when required to complete an arrangement. ### Is there anything you do not do? We do not provide regulated financial services, act as a lender, or accept requests that create legal or safety concerns for our members, team, or partners. These help us spot abuse and reply in the right time zone. When you write to us by email, we hold what you send and your email address. When you visit, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and the details of each request in order to deliver the pages and video and to protect the site. If you accept cookies, Cloudflare Web Analytics records page views, the page that referred you, your browser type and your country. It does not use cookies and does not identify you. (United States): hosting, security checks on the meeting form, video delivery, and analytics if you accept cookies. - Resend, Inc. (United States): delivers the meeting request to our mailbox as an email. - Google LLC (United States): hosts our mailbox through Google Workspace. We may also share information with professional advisers when we need their advice, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising. ## Where it is held We are in the United States, and so are our providers. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your information is transferred to the United States. Our providers offer standard contractual clauses or certification under the Data Privacy Framework for these transfers. Ask us if you would like details. ## How long we keep it - Meeting requests: for as long as it takes to arrange the meeting and follow up. If no relationship follows, we delete the request within 12 months. - Email correspondence: for as long as the conversation is live, then 12 months. - Security logs at Cloudflare: for the short period set by Cloudflare's own terms. - Analytics: only in aggregate. Nothing that identifies you is kept. Where a law requires us to keep something longer, we keep it for that period and no more. ## What you can ask You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to limit how we use it, ask for a copy in a portable form, and object to uses based on our legitimate interests.
