Privacy policy

Last updated September 6, 2026.

This policy explains what BeyondFinesse collects when you use this website or ask to meet us, why we collect it, who else handles it, and what you can ask of us. It covers this website only. What we arrange for members is governed by the membership terms.

Who we are

Beyond Finesse Lifestyle Management, doing business as BeyondFinesse, 173 Ludlow St, Apt 2A, New York, NY 10002, is responsible for the personal information described here. For anything in this policy, write to contact@beyondfinesse.com.

What we collect

When you request a meeting, we receive what you enter in the form:

  • your first and last name, and whether you are booking for yourself or for someone you represent, with their name if you choose to give it
  • your email address, and your phone number if you add it
  • a preferred date and time of day, if you choose them, and your time zone, which the form reads from your browser
  • anything you write in the note

With the request, we also record the country it was sent from, the type of browser used, and the time it arrived. These help us spot abuse and reply in the right time zone.

When you write to us by email, we hold what you send and your email address.

When you visit, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and the details of each request in order to deliver the pages and video and to protect the site. If you accept cookies, Cloudflare Web Analytics records page views, the page that referred you, your browser type and your country. It does not use cookies and does not identify you. The cookie policy lists everything stored in your browser.

That is all. This site has no accounts, takes no payments, shows no advertising, does not track you across other sites, and we do not buy information about you.

Why we use it

  • To arrange the meeting you asked for, prepare for it, and follow up. Where European or UK law applies, this is a step taken at your request before a contract.
  • To keep the site working and free of spam and abuse, which is our legitimate interest and yours.
  • To understand how the site is used, only if you accept cookies. You can withdraw that consent at any time on the cookie policy page.
  • To keep records where the law requires it.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of providers, each under a contract that limits what they may do with your information:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosting, security checks on the meeting form, video delivery, and analytics if you accept cookies.
  • Resend, Inc. (United States): delivers the meeting request to our mailbox as an email.
  • Google LLC (United States): hosts our mailbox through Google Workspace.

We may also share information with professional advisers when we need their advice, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising.

Where it is held

We are in the United States, and so are our providers. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your information is transferred to the United States. Our providers offer standard contractual clauses or certification under the Data Privacy Framework for these transfers. Ask us if you would like details.

How long we keep it

  • Meeting requests: for as long as it takes to arrange the meeting and follow up. If no relationship follows, we delete the request within 12 months.
  • Email correspondence: for as long as the conversation is live, then 12 months.
  • Security logs at Cloudflare: for the short period set by Cloudflare's own terms.
  • Analytics: only in aggregate. Nothing that identifies you is kept.

Where a law requires us to keep something longer, we keep it for that period and no more.

What you can ask

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to limit how we use it, ask for a copy in a portable form, and object to uses based on our legitimate interests. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to contact@beyondfinesse.com. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act, and we will reply within the time the law allows.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you may also complain to your data protection authority. If you are a resident of California or another state with a privacy law, you have the rights that law gives you, including the right not to be treated differently for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS with strict security headers. The meeting form is protected by a spam check. Requests reach a small team by email and are not stored on this website. No method is perfect. If you believe your information has been mishandled, tell us and we will look into it.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our Instagram page and any other site we link to have their own privacy policies. We do not control them.

Changes

When this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. If a change matters to you and we have a way to reach you, we will tell you directly.
